Important Note:

1) it is necessary that checkout times are respected. All returns after fixed time except for reasons beyond the control will be penalized with 25% of the amount of the contract for each 30 minutes late !!

3) the driver of the boat must have the corresponding qualifications to the rented boat.

4) the navigation of the vessel is limited to the coast of the island of Menorca
5) is allowed to water skiing under the responsibility of the customer

6) is allowed to bring animals aboard

7) the vessel will be delivered with tank full fuel and must be delivered in the same way. Otherwise besides the fuel will be charged 50 € for the service to fill the tank.
