Important Note:

1) you need to checkout times are respected. All returns after fixed time except for reasons beyond the control will be penalized with 25% of the amount of the contract for each 30 minutes late !!

2) In the case of the rent for several days, the boat must also stay overnight in the port and named, as each day the boats are reviewed and prepared for the next day;
3) the driver of the boat must have the corresponding qualifications to the rented boat.

4) the navigation of the vessel is limited to the coast of the island of Menorca
5) it shall be the responsibility of the customer to practice water sports

6) No animals are allowed to carry on board

7) the vessel will be delivered with full fuel tank and must be delivered in the same way. Otherwise besides the fuel will be charged 50 € for the service to fill the tank.
